Hi! Thank you for visiting my portfolio and taking a look at my work! A little about me: I grew up in Locust Grove, Georgia, and I’ve always wanted to be a journalist and storyteller. From producing “live” broadcasts at 8 years old, to writing a household newspaper, my family was subjected to it all. To pursue my dream of being a storyteller, I attended the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and majored in journalism with minors in women’s studies and fashion merchandising. I completed my bachelor’s degree in 2019, and my studies along with working at UGA’s only multicultural publication helped me realize my passion for telling the stories of underrepresented communities. Making space for representation is something that I make an effort to bring to each project I produce.
I am currently based in the Washington, DC area, working as a documentary producer.
